Make a Difference…

I know y’all are mostly seniors, and you are eying the job market, but give half a thought to what you could do to broaden yoru horizons, see new places, or familiar ones in a new light, and think about an alternative spring (or other) break.  Info re-posted here:

If you are looking for a chance for enriching travel with like-minded Bucknellians, check out the Alternative Break Fair Thursday in the Langone Center 241 Rooms. Two sessions will be held: one from 12 noon to 1 pm and one from 5 to 6:30 pm. The fair will showcase opportunities during winter, spring, and summer breaks for experiential education to interesting areas as well as service-learning trips that make a difference. Please stop by and learn more about programs like the new Bucknell in South Africa summer program, the popular Brigade to Nicaragua, the Katrina Recovery team to New Orleans, A.C.E.S. trip to the Dominican Republic, Hillel trip to Morocco, summer study with Bucknell in Denmark, and others. Break out of the Bucknell Bubble and explore with organized and meaningful trips.

About Jordi

I am an assistant professor in the Management School at Bucknell University. I specialize in organization theory, social networks, and studying the network society. I have three children, including twins. They love bouncing on the couch, legos, music, and my waffles. My wife teaches English at the same university. I am interested in most things, but these days, networks, social entrepreneurs, the environment, innovation, and virtual worlds. Finding Hidden Abodes and Shaking Iron Cages since 1972
